StationPulse — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the StationPulse iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use StationPulse on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.

Purchases & subscriptions

StationPulse is a one-time App Store purchase processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details.

Standard Apple Media Services Terms (EULA) also apply: Apple Standard EULA.

Your content & data

Content you enter stays on your device as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up your device. We do not provide cloud recovery of local-only data.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as allowed by law, or use it for unlawful purposes. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
